• No-Show:
  • Guests who fail to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice will forfeit the entire booking amount.

B. Non-Refundable Bookings:

• Certain promotional rates and last-minute deals are non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

C. Group Reservations:

• For group bookings (3 or more rooms), cancellations must be made 7 days or more before the check-in date to avoid charges. Late cancellations will incur a fee based on the group booking agreement.
